Principal – Construction

Barry Caldwell was born and raised in Ireland.  Barry has had a passion for construction since his childhood.  Barry moved to America 16 years ago where he worked as a lead project executive for his early career in the US.  Then he developed his skills in opening ECA and Legacy.  Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations for both companies, he has built over Two Million Square Feet/100 Million Dollars of residential rentals/condos, office and retail in New York City and New Jersey.   He has an outstanding financial history and is currently accommodated by Alma Bank of New York.  His companies are fully bondable and maintain insurance both in Workman’s Compensation as well as General Liability.
